Hello everyone!
AtLeast 1.0.0-beta.7 is out.
Over the past years, I've had recurring issues with TMJ. Along everything that came with it, I needed a way to slow down — to practice my breathing and quiet my mind. A few minutes, a few times a day. The problem was that every timer was built for interrupting rather than letting me continue. I needed a timer for practicing at least a few minutes.
That's why I built AtLeast, and I'd love for you to try it.

The timer I actually wanted
Every timer is built to make you stop. You set five minutes, a buzzer goes off, you're done. But that's exactly backwards for a breathing exercise — or a plank, a stretch, a run, any exercise where the point is to keep going, not stop. I don't want to be interrupted the second I hit the minimum time — I want to be told I've reached it, and then left alone to keep going if I feel like it.
AtLeast is a timer for a floor, not a countdown: at least X minutes of breathing, a workout, focus, reading, movement — whatever. You set the floor, and it taps your wrist toward it instead of yelling at you when time's up.
Every day, I close my eyes, put my ear plugs in, and set it for at least 15 minutes and breathe. It taps my wrist about every minute — keep going — and when the taps stop, I know I've done my time. That's the whole interaction, and it's deliberately eyes-free. You feel it; you never look at it. Silence is the success state.
What actually matters is reaching a minimum, and once I started using it I kept noticing how many things fit that shape — a minimum stretch of focused work, an at least twenty-minute walk, holding a plank until the taps stop, a full stretching routine, reading before bed, a practice session you commit to starting even when you don't feel like finishing.
What's in beta 7
Stronger haptics. Testers kept saying the taps were too soft. Beta 7 adds .strong and .max weights.
Accessibility is in this build. VoiceOver labels and announcements, Reduce Motion that actually follows the system, Dynamic Type on the primary flows, and contrast markers.

Live with it for a few days and tell me how it feels. I don't want to steer you toward what I think the app is — I want to know what you actually notice when it's on your wrist. What worked, what got in the way, what you wished it did. Especially: do the stronger haptics make "keep going / you're done" obvious without looking?
One more ask. If you know a physical therapy clinic, mindfulness or meditation studio, yoga or stretching practice, cold-exposure gym — anywhere people already work in minimums instead of buzzers — I'd love an intro.
Talk to you soon!
